Linda Gamboa - Nutrition and Fitness Coach

Linda was born in Venezuela and grew up in Caracas, the capital city.
Since she was little she was always busy with many extracurricular activities including Girl Scouts, her school's Marching Band, and her main passion, dance. She also tried almost every sport there was available to her, including basketball, tennis, soccer and swimming. She struggled to find her favourite activity, even though she loved to dance, there was always something missing, and she finally found what it was after moving to Canada in 2014.

In order for her to find a new community and build a new life in a new country, Linda decided to try a fitness class at a community centre. This class opened her eyes to a new activity that involved dance, athleticism, high energy and a great community. She fell in love with this feeling of exercising and building confidence, and decided to pursue a career in fitness a few months after that to be able to share this new love with others.

In 2016 she started her fitness career, got her first certification and started teaching group fitness, since then she has taught hundreds of classes per year including formats like BollyX, Ginga Fitness, TRX Suspension Training, Bootcamps, Kickboxing and a variety of hybrid formats. She also had the opportunity to manage a Fitness Kickboxing Studio for more than a year, and train new instructors getting started in their careers. She is now focused on Nutrition Coaching to be able to help more people achieve their health and fitness goals, while also teaching and sharing her passion for group fitness.
