Kyle Horgan - Registered Kinesiologist
Kyle was born and raised in the GTA. He has always had a passion and a need for movement in his life demonstrated by his constant foot tapping which annoyed his parents on more than one occasion. Kyle has tried almost every team sport there is on his journey in health and fitness including baseball, basketball, football and soccer but always felt like he didn't belong.
Funny fact, his journey to becoming a Kine actually started in Engineering. While completing a co-op term for his diploma in Mechanical engineering technology, Kyle had a back injury while playing baseball with coworkers, this left him unable to walk for several days. This injury was the catalyst for him to work with physiotherapists, chiropractors and personal trainers which sparked his desire to help others like how they were helping him. This lead him to leave his pursuit of Engineering and enter into Kinesiology at Lakehead University where he gained a passion for learning about musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation working alongside the wrestling team. In University is also where Kyle found the community he felt he belonged, Martial Arts! For the entire duration of his studies, Kyle practiced several forms of martial arts and found a community of like minded individuals where he found a feeling of belonging.
After leaving University Kyle began working in several boutique group fitness studios and fell in love with meeting the members and learning what they wanted to achieve with their health. As a Kinesiologist, Kyle wants to help the most amount of people possible live a happy, healthy and pain free lifestyle on their terms.
